ENOUGH and Cargill extend relationship to provide consumers with innovative, sustainable protein options

ENOUGH is delighted to announce that we have expanded our current relationship with Cargill to accelerate the growth of sustainable protein and further innovate nutritious and sustainable protein solutions.  Cargill has signed a commercial agreement to use and market ABUNDA® mycoprotein and is also investing in ENOUGH’s most recent (Series C) growth funding round.

ENOUGH and Cargill already have a multi-faceted partnership, where ENOUGH’s 15,000 square metre production facility, is co-located alongside a Cargill facility in The Netherlands.  Cargill supply ENOUGH with feedstock and utilities as well as being one of 10 partners in the EU-funded PLENITUDE consortium project.

Given the scale of the required global protein transition we embrace collaboration wherever possible.  We are delighted to extend our collaboration with Cargill and look forward to continued growth together.  The expanded strategic partnership supports our goal to supply high-quality sustainable protein and our aim to grow over one million tonnes of ABUNDA cumulatively by 2033.
